Dave called a couple days before he started the job to let me know they would be there. When the crew arrived they moved patio furniture away from the house so it wouldn't be damaged by any falling debris. The deck was covered with plywood for protection. All debris was cleaned up when they were done, other than a great looking new roof, it was like they'd never been there. I had issues with attic ventilation, and Dave had a solution to fix it. He showed me what he found and how he was fixing it, and it was all to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Tore off old shingles and re-roofed with Timberline lifetime shingles. Installed appropriate attic ridge vents and corrected soffit venting issue.
