Was very happy with the work and the clean condition they left my property in. | |Work was completed in a prompt and professional manner. Very positive experience overall.

Description of Work: We requested an estimate for roof replacement. Shawn Hedrick was prompt and prepared. However, while here for the estimate he made several disparaging comments about prior customers and one about the veracity of a week old negative review we showed him from Angie's List. His response was first, "This did not happen." and then, "Anyone can get onto the internet and write something about a competitor." His quote was in the ballpark ($10,500+) and included "recommended upgrades" from basic services and replacement "upgrade" of our relatively new gutter guards which he told us there was a 50% chance his crew would "need" to destroy to apply the new roofing material. His personalized printed proposal with six product information pieces and a long list of prior customers is very well done but for us did not offset the concern we felt about working with him based upon his spoken comments.
