4 SEASONS CHIMNEY SWEEP

He didn't know how to get to the chimney pipe from the fireplace. The fireplace is high-efficiency. He didn't have any ladders to clean the chimney pipe or the chimney cap. He finally told me he was too old to understand my fireplace or climb ladders. He did show up on time for the appointment. He did not charge me. But I did have to wait two weeks for my appointment only to be disappointed. Now I'm starting all over again.

Excellent in all aspects - arrived early, was very professional, gave lots of good advice on using the fireplace, recommended that I install a screen on the chimney cap to keep animals out.

Dave did a great job. Called on a Monday, and he was at our house Tuesday afternoon. He was flexible with scheduling, and was right on time for our scheduled visit. Dave walked through the basics of our fireplace, gave some good tips and tricks, and did a quick clean. The entire appointment took about half an hour. He made sure everything was clean and put back to normal before he left, and was very professional.

Dave Fraser of 4 Seasons Chimney Sweep is awesome! I called him in the evening, he answered right away and was able to work out a time to come out the next day. He's very accomodating and so nice. He showed up exactly on time and we got right to work with showing him the fireplace and him doing his inspection. If he doesn't find an issue or you don't need a sweep he won't charge you. I recently bought my home, and have never had a wood burning fireplace before. He really prides himself on education and led me through all of that as well as safety and fireplace basics. He then performed the sweep of the chimney and went over how often I should do these things. It doesn't take nearly as long as expected. He cleans up any and all mess and then patched the crack up so heat wouldn't get through that. I would recommend Dave to anybody.

I called and set up the appointment only a day ahead of time. His price was fair and better than competitors. He was very friendly and showed up early. He explained everything in great detail and was very thorough. I was pleased with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone needed a chimney sweep.

Dave was punctual, friendly, and very informative. He instantly ID'd the type of fireplace we had and advised us on best practices for continuing as a gas fireplace or converting back to wood (which is was as-built). Very informative about types of wood to burn for a cleaner chimney and kept the area around the fireplace where he worked vey clean. He also gave us tips on how to start our fires with no smoke getting into the room, as well as how to update our fireplace to a more efficient model.
