Contacted this company after learning I may have a broken drain pipe under my basement cement floor. The owner came out and gave me a decent estimate, not knowing what we might find. They were punctual, had the right equipment to diagnose the problem, and fixed at a very reasonable price! Will definitely hire again. Decent and honest professionals.

They came very quickly and took care of the problem. It required a temporary fix while they ordered a part, but they came for both calls promptly and were professional.

I have had my furnace and fireplace checked for several years by another company who did a very thorough job. I watched this done several times so I know what should be done when checking a furnace and fireplace. The company I normally use was so backed up, I called All Star. They were out to my house within a couple of days. But when I watched the serviceman from All Star do the service, I was not impressed. He banged on a few things and cleaned out the drain and looked at the furnace a lot but really didn't do much. I was very disappointed when he left. Then, the company I normally do business with, called and said they would be out a couple of days later. Because I was so disappointed in the first service I paid for, I went ahead and had them come out and do the whole thing over again. This means I had to pay for the service again but Doug from Hudson Hardware Plumbing and Heating did a wonderful job. Very thorough. He did all the checks I am used to seeing done and even checked my gas fireplace for CO output to make sure it was safe. Now I can sleep good at night knowing every thing is safe and in working order. I won't be using All Star for my service needs in the future. Not only was the service substandard, the cost was $10 dollars higher.

All Star did a fantastic job with attention to detail! They were also very mindful that we were running a business while they were working. They were aware of how much noise they were making and kept it to a minimum. They were very punctual and professional. They did a great job cleaning up afterward and were very good at communicating exactly what they were doing. Great Job! I received an estimate for the work to be performed. They were much cheaper than others that I received quotes from. The service men were prompt and professional. All work was completed as promised and at the price quoted. Very friendly and efficient.

The service was pretty good. The plumber made a good attempt to repair the toilet, which was poorly installed by the previous owners. When he couldn't do it, he reasonably agreed that replacing it would make more sense money-wise than trying to repair it again and again. My major complaint was timing. The plumber told my husband he would try to get to our house in the afternoon on 2 or 3 days, but didn't actually come. He showed up Friday evening at 6pm (having called ahead). I appreciated his coming at the end of the week/day, but would have preferred that he actually show up at one of the several other times he indicated.

I called on a Tuesday, leaving them a message about the job. I asked them to call me back to schedule a time to visit in our home about the job. On Friday, they left me a message that I should call the office to schedule an appointment. I called the office within 2 hours of the VM they left me. The office staff said they needed to check with the plumber about what would work best for an appointment. 10 days later, I'm still waiting for their return call.

They first came out and wrote the estimate. Once work started they spent three days roughing in the water lines, the drains and the new stack. Then, they installed the new tankless water heater. We had an old, unused furnace in the basement, and when running the plumbing, it was definitely in the way. They disconnected it, and hauled it away for free! We then installed the drywall, tile and 'finished' the room. This took us longer than expected, but when we called them and told them we were finally ready to have them set the sink, toilet and tub/shower, they were there the next day. When they left, we had a working bathroom! The guys were professional and very trustworthy. I felt comfortable running to the store while they were working in the house. When we got the bill, it was lower than our estimate, the reason? The work went in easier and faster than they had originally thought it would. And there was no mention of removing the old furnace on our bill! Very highly recommended!
