Freed Construction Inc

They referred me to Seamless Gutters. I am not sure why, if they do not gutters any more or if they have other criteria that a I didn't meet.

Max the owner was great helpful answered questions,workers were professional courtious ,they always cleaned up every day even if they were not done!

Matt (I believe his name was) came out and evaluated my home and was VERY honest with me about the addition and the complications due to the way my home was constructed. I greatly appreciated this honesty and him not taking advantage of my situation as I feel many could have easily done. I thought the professionalism was very impressive and the friendliness and straight forward, down to earth mentality that I was met with was comforting and refreshing. I'd highly recommend.

Brian was very accommodating getting the work scheduled quickly. The guys were FAST, completely finished in 1 day, even though there were periods of rain. They are very fast and very good at what they do.

From the bid process, the roofing and the followup, all interactions were professional. The roofers were neat, too. No flat tires in our driveway because of sloppy cleanup! Freed also was great in communicating the necessary information to our insurance company. Truly, the process was seamless.

New roof and some ceiling repair on interior.

They were friendly. We are bind for time and they got here right away. They are more expensive than the other companies that we had out.

Provider did respond to a request for a free estimate, and provided the estimate in a timely fashion. Estimate was too high, and chose another provider.

The owner. Brian Freed, met with our condo association and went over the details. He provided a comprehensive bid for all the work needed to be done and answered all of our questions. He gave us an estimated start date but was able to start at a much earlier date. He had excellent crews to work on both of our buildings and finished the work on the roofs in one day. The equipment used was first class. They used trailers to remove old shingles instead of heavy dumpsters which everyone appreciated. The crews did an excellent job in cleaning up debris from the project. The gutter portion of the project was completed within two weeks, again with excellent workmanship. The cost of this project was well within insurance estimates. I would not hesitate to recommend Freed Construction Inc.

He saw the roof and the gutters and decided that there was damage.

We had hail damage from the big storm. Had two bids-- went with Freed and everything went well. Crew was clearly experienced and worked quickly but did good work ( I did a lot of roofing when I was younger) Clean-up and roofing was all very satisfactory.

Since the bid was higher than the other bids we had - we did not use Freed. We cannot say anything about them but that. We are sure they do excellent work but their price was enough higher than the others, we went with one of the other's bid.

They were very good and I didn't have any complaints. They were very prompt. They came out and gave me an estimate and told me what time and they were here on time. They cleaned up and did a good job. They did everything they said they were going to do.

Work was done as promised, Hispanic crew was clearly experienced and very competent. I've been a roofer in my younger years and they were good. Gutters downspouts were installed uphill by subcontractor but was corrected when we squawked. Brian Freed was very responsive and our dealings were efficient and pleasant.

At the time, there were a lot of roofers, coming to town, because of a hail storm. Freed had hired many temporary workers to keep up, with demand. I requested that he use his veteran crew, & he complied with my request.
