+ 1 moreThis guy is a joke, Double billed on diffferent proposals for the same work. Took advantage of the elderly couple trying to fix up their retirement property.
Description of Work: Didn't install footings properly to garage attached to House. Didn't Install walls correctly to basement addition. Installed PVD instead of Electric Service Condiut required by Inspector. After completed, Hal was told to fix all deficiencie. Hal procede to tear them out damagimg the Garage Floor, Smashing the water lines. Once Hal removed teh added wall, there were no footings or rerodding that had been installed
