 + -1 moreFriendly interaction, they give me a discount as a long time repeat customer and carry the heavy boxes of chlorine jugs to the car for me. It seems to me their customers are often pool servicers rather than owners. The atmospere seems more "wholesale" than the fancier pool store closer to my home, which does not carry liquid chlorine and charges $15 for water testing.
Description of Work: Chemical analysis of water sample from my pool and advice on what to add provided without charge. I purchased liquid chlorine, don't remember the price. I have been buying chemicals , pool accessories and replacement pool parts from them for years.

Description of Work: this is really an ongoing problem. the date and dollar figure do not apply. we bought our pool from this company years ago. the products are fine. the service is inexcusably bad. not just a one time problem but always from the beginning. they are unresponsive, slow to fix problems and sometimes downright rude. and this is not in response to me the customer being confrontational or angry - they are just that way. it does not take weeks but MONTHS to get problems addressed. i would not recommend buying here. the products are fine but with a pool or hot tub you need ongoing service and their service is the worst i've received in any industry in any capacity at any time in my life. i can't provide the details because obviously they'll know who i am and just be worse.
