+ -1 moreIt went well. They did call and tell me they were coming the next day as agreed. But we had not agreed. Fortunately our work schedule allowed us to accommodate the last minute install. When one of the seems in the round corner did not match well, they were prompt in coming back to correct the issue. I would recommend that customers actually go to the store and meet personally with them. We finally did that and they were very helpful, allowed us to choose our own slab of material, sink, look at the edge shapes for finishing, etc.

Description of Work: I like these guys even though we didn't use them. Fair prompt bid ... guaranteed clean up which was a big plus. | |I found good enough consumer tools (vacuuming sander) where I could do it myself.

+ -1 moreIowa Countertops were great and they did a good job. They were very professional and they had equipment. Their services were very good. They were knowledgeable, proficient and friendly. The know what they are doing and they are specialized in this.
Description of Work: I used Iowa Countertops to do a countertop for a bathroom. It was a very unique countertop as it was not a regular shape it was like a banjo shape and it had a lot going on with it.
