It worked out fine. It was quick and easy. I had no problems.

I have used their service before (from an Angie's list coupon - air conditioning service). They provided great service in the past, so I called them first when I needed a gas line installed for a new stove. They responded quickly and had someone come out to provide an estimate. While the gentleman was inspecting where to place the gas line he also noticed that when I had remodeling work completed this summer in my basement there was no cold air return installed in the great room. So, in addition to the gas line I had a cold air return installed. The only snag in this installation was that I spoke to the serviceman prior to the Thanksgiving holiday and was told that they would call me back after the holiday with a time/date of installation. That didn't happen; but when I called they were able to get the installation prior to the delivery of the stove. I will definitely use this service again. They are watchful and notice potential problems issues and discuss them with me. I really appreciate this.

I purchased the big deal and he was fine. He came out and did a very thorough job. I was happy with him. There was nothing bad about him. I didn't really have any questions for him because the unit is only two years old. It was a good price.

It didn't cost anything because it was part of the warranty. Overall, it was great. They did a nice job. The only problem was we had to argue and buy before they finally decided that we're at fault and send somebody to fix it. Getting to that point; it's not so good. They didn't make any mess or anything when it comes to clean-up. They did their work but I wasn't happy with their company. The service guy did a great job. The service guy is good in communicating.

The inspection did not find any issues, only a small need for coolant flushing. The person was prompt and friendly

The service provided was adequate and the appointment time was kept.The only problem was a less than prepared person who may have just been new to the job.For an example only bringing 25 foot of hose to wash the A/C unit outside.This residence has a smaller than average yard and the hose was way too short to do the job of cleaning that is one of the main reasons for hiring them.Also not bringing a dust pan and broom for cleaning up after.He just seemed a little under prepared, maybe the problem lies in his supervision

Zach from Heartland Heating and Cooling arrived early which was great. He explained everything he was going to do and started his 20 point air conditioning tune up. I was very impressed with Zach. Zach was super friendly, professional, very respectful, and extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did a fantastic job. Zach even gave me suggestions about the furnace. I am very impressed with Heartland Heating and Cooling and their technician Zach. I would definitely hire them again, recommend them to my family and friends, and recommend them to everyone who reads this. I also would request Zach to be the technician.

I learned that I did not need a tune but a repair so I did not have them do the tune up. They were kind enough to tell us that we needed the repair and not a tune up.

The tech arrived on time and was efficient and professional. He thoroughly reviewed the checklist of items he checked/serviced. I was very pleased with his attitude and advice. My price was so incredibly cheap because I had a livingsocial.com voucher, but the company treated me as though I was paying the full price. I will be happy to call this company for service in the future.

They are the company who did the heating and cooling in our house and that’s why we went with them. Their price is expensive.

Our furnace and air conditioner were 15 years old; we began having issues with the a/c three years ago. When we called for another repair on the a/c this summer we were told that not only did the a/c need to be replaced, the furnace also had to be replaced and they were required to turn off the gas. We got three estimates. We chose Heartland because of their straight forward approach - no gimmicks, no slick sales talks or fancy presentations and there was NO high pressure from the salesman. Heartland stopped by the house, took some measurements and the next day they sent us five options to choose from. After we studied the options, I asked the salesman to come by to answer some questions. He came at a time convenient to us, answered all of our questions and explained the differences between each of the options. Not only did I appreciate their sales approach, their price was the best by far! We set up an appointment and the equipment was installed within two weeks and in the amount of time they estimated for the job (1.5 days). This was a major purchase, but they made us feel comfortable and confidant in our choice. We are very happy with their service and the systems that we purchased. I would highly recommend Heartland Heating and Cooling!

The Tech arrived about 5 minutes early, greeted me at the door, slipped on some "booties", and went to work. I didn't hear a thing from him until he was leaving.

It was late July and terribly hot so when I setup an appointment with Heartland I was surprised that they were able to get to my place within a few days. They were able to give me a rough estimate of the price before hand which ended up being the total cost when the service was complete. The company's service man named Mark called me about an hour before hand to let me know when I could expect him so I didn't have to wait around all day. He was very knowledgeable and sincere. I would recommend Heartland to anyone who needs A/C or furnace work. Their work was excellent and they let me know what to expect before the bill came and even offered helpful tips on how to keep my A/C and Heating to keep functioning properly. Fair price, excellent work, and good people.
