Vision Tile & Hardwood Installation, LLC is a quality driven company specializing in the residential installation of stone and ceramic tile and pre-finished hardwood flooring products. We are located near Des Moines, IA and have been providing high quality installation services since 2004. We strive each day to bring a level of craftsmanship and professionalism to our customers, which will exceed their expectations. While that sure was easy to write, actually providing quality work every day requires considerably more effort. We hit the ground running each morning, eager to provide that effort for our customer and derive great pride from the projects and relationships we have built along the way. Quality tile and hardwood installations begin well before the first bucket of mortar is mixed or the first nail is driven. Our efforts begin with your initial phone call and end only when you are completely satisfied with our work. We begin by listening to your plans and needs and then provide a competent and detailed bid for your project. We can also provide consultation on the best materials, design and suppliers for your project and can either install materials you have purchased or provide both the materials and skilled labor necessary for a successful outcome. Once a bid is accepted, we work with you to accurately schedule an achievable start date, provide an expected duration and work schedule and finally a projected finish date. On the day we begin construction, the protection of your home is our very first concern. We work with you to determine what to protect and how to minimize the effects of the project on your home and family. Useful communication throughout the project is essential. We work hard to keep you in the center of job-related communications before your project begins, during construction and after the completion of your project. A one year warranty on our workmanship marks our dedication to providing a top notch installation of your tile or hardwood. Installed a glass tile backsplash in our kitchen. Did an absolutely beautiful job. They were meticulous in protecting our countertops and floors. Very professional. Would not hesitate to hire again.

The job went very well. it was a slow process but it needed to be slow because of the material we selected. I would definitlely hire Steve for any other tiling needs.Steve is coming back to do some touchups on the sealant that is included in the quote.
Description of Work: Steve's price quote for putting in new backsplash for our kitchen and replaced the tile we had for our fireplace was very fair as compared to other quotes we received from other installers. His work is professional and the job sight is left clean after the completion of the job. Job took a little longer than expected but that was partially due to the tile we selected for the backsplash and fireplace. Steve took his time to make the job right and did not hurry in a step of the process.

They were totally professional and punctual. They did what they told me they would do. Their work was excellent and they are very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: He finished the hardwood floor in a dining/living room and took out the carpet in two rooms with an adjoining hallway and refinished the floors. He also took the carpet out in a bedroom upstairs and refinished the floors. We found a pass-through in my hallway that was covered with plywood and he refinished that beautifully.
