I contacted in March for an estimate on treating an Ash tree. Received estimate with note to contact them to set-up appointment. I called right away and left a message that I'd like them to move ahead with the treatment. Did not receive a call back. I contacted in April to follow-up and he called back to say they needed to wait until leaves were on the tree. I called twice in May and left a message...no response. I contacted a few different times again in June....no response. Not sure if this is the level of service they normally provide, but I'm not impressed. If I ever receive a call back, I may change my review as perhaps I'm being impatient?

The workers showed up on time, did what they said they were gonna do and charged what they said they were gonna charge. They left the area clean.

I submitted a request for a quote using their online website request form. After not hearing from them for a week I called to follow up. I didn't receive a call back but did get a quote by email. The price was reasonable so I responded with the go ahead to do the work and to call me to stop by to go over the job. One week went by, no call. So I emailed again. Another week goes by and nothing, so I call again. Still no response. I give up! What an embarrassment.

The other quotes I had was over $5000. He was about $1500 cheaper than the other quote we had. It took him several days to take the thing out. They charged me exactly what their estimate was going to be. When they cleaned up, they didn't make any rust in yard getting their equipment in and out. I would use them again. The owner whose name is Scott came out and did the estimate. He came out with them when they did the job. Their price was more than competitive. I was happy with everything they did.
