+ 2 moreVery bad. Work not complete on date specified. Work not done within a good enough time frame.
Description of Work: Had called this company to do work on my floor. Steve gave me a set date. He showed up did half the job and then left. Told me he would be back the same day few hours later to finish it. He did not show. He then called me and said he would be back in a couple of days to finish. He never did show up on that date. So he called once again and told me another couple days still no show. Then he calls me once again stating he will be back next week to finish. My floor is still not finished. Once you start a job or tell someone you are going to be there at such and such date or time you should hold that to honor not just not show up. I have a lot of errands and plans throughout the day and don't have time for games. Probably will have someone else put my floor in if he does not show.
