Best movers were great in all aspects of the move. They were kind and patience with my elderly parents in Iowa. They arrived on time at each leg of the trip. I ask if they could add another leg to Florida and they even worked this into their schedule. Between Joe and Tami they communicated well. We didn't have a trouble with breakage. I appreciated they didn't make us buy cartons or a box for our clothing and television. They reused their own cartons and boxes for these items. I would highly recommend these movers.

Joe assigned a primary box packer to come to the house four days prior to the move. She was conscientious and thoughtful. Thorough and professional, the box packer organized each box according to room and its fragility. All boxes labeled “fragile” were stacked in one area of the home. Such detailed-oriented planning was helpful for the moving crew come moving day. On moving day, Joe and his moving crew were punctual and ready-to-work. The crew carefully covered the flooring in both houses and protected the entry door frames and stair railings. The first day of the move, the crew worked for nearly ten hours. The moving crew was focused and hard-working despite the weather conditions. In terms of price, I believe the cost of the move and the services received was a good value. When I initially contacted Best Move, I asked for a quote to pack my belongings and move locally. Joe came out to the house that same week and walked through my home to assess and provide a quote. I requested a hard-copy of the quote estimate, and I received the hard-copy within one week after Joe’s walk-through. After the packing and moving was completed, the hard-copy quote aligned with the final billing statement. I would recommend Joe Sanchez and his crew of box packers and movers. Joe is client-focused and consistently places the customers’ needs and expectations first.

Joe Sanchez and his crew were careful, friendly and hard working. They all had a sense of humor and cheerfully answered questions and placed furniture and boxes in the proper places. There were no scratches or broken items. They were extremely cautious and I never saw them scrape or bump a wall. They laid down clear floor covering to protect the floors at both houses. Before they left Joe asked if everything was in the places we wanted them to be. Everything was, and they left. We would recommend this company to anyone. I understand they move people all over the country.

The move was professionally managed from planning stage to delivery. All wrapped furniture and art was carefully reassembled and placed where we directed.Boxes were marked properly and placed correctly in our new home. This made our work less difficult.

When I first contacted this company, he told me he would call me back which he did not. So, 2 weeks later when he had 'forgot' to call me, I contacted him and I contracted a date, pending on an estimate on the cost. Even though I called him several times during the following 2 weeks, we could not get together for an estimate (I work out of town). On the phone I told him how much furniture I had to move (besides storage boxes) which was 2 couches, love seat, 2 chairs, kitchen table, 3 beds, washer, dryer, TV's (no refrig., no freezer, no stove). He quoted me "right around $350", but I did not get it in writing (a mistake I'll never make again!). The day before they were to come out and move the items from the house, I called to double-check the time, and they had 'accidentally' erased my name and I had to change it to another day. (Which then they were an hour late!) Then they show up and the 'boss' stays for a while, then leaves and does not return, leaving his employees in charge. When they are loaded up and ready to leave, they left 6 items near the garage (a ladder, etc. that would not fit in a car), and then had to make a second trip back to get these items! Then he wants me to pay $150 extra for the second trip, which was their negligence, since I reminded them several times to pick up those items!!! The movers (both adults and teens) were very polite, but I felt they wasted time and moved slower when the 'boss' left! I also had to keep reminding them not to forget things, which they did anyway! In the end, my estimate that was "around $350" had jumped to $1800.!!! Which he wanted right now! I am a single parent and had budgeted for $350 to possible $500, not a whopping $1800, but with no written contract I had no choice, but to borrow the money to pay B.M.I.!!! I was so stressed out and frustrated!!! This was a total nightmare!
