Please stay away. I hired Rich after 2 meetings with him. He promised the world for results. He swears he can give you a 7% return. I've been in the business a long time, and figured he was "over selling", but at worst I could see decent results from his tactics (flyering and calling clients). Here are my complaints: 1) He said he put out 6000 flyers. I got 1 call. It was only after I stopped by to talk to Rich about the poor results, I found a whole box (probably about 3000) flyers that never went out. They told me they did and if I didn't catch them, I'm sure they would have charged me and never told me that they didn't all go up. 2) His company sold me on canvasing hail areas. I paid them $1000 to do this. They never went out. When I asked why, he told me that was a deal I made between myself and "his" employee... and he would not honor it. I wrote the check to Whyle Direct. He then said he would call through the areas to make up for the $1000 and set appointments. Five days later I got 20 "appointments" all over the state that I did not request. Two of which were people that lived in apartments and all of them did not have phone numbers!!! He told me he would not give me any refund. 3) After I questioned his leads, he became very aggressive and started calling me stupid in a email and I quote verbatim, " I WILL TYPE SLOW SO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS..." , "... can u repeat that really slow....and in language above the 3rd grade level....."I'm a local business owner, I treat all of my clients with respect and ALWAYS deliver what I promise, and that's what I was looking for. NOTHING Rich said came true and they did a VERY bad job. The only reason I wrote this review is to give everyone potential client out a first had experience of how Rich runs his business. I know for a fact 2 other companies are just as unhappy as I am. Stay AWAY!
