+ -1 moreExcellent! They did a quick diagnostic, took the laptop to do a more in depth diagnostic. Called me with results & estimated costs (high & low).
Description of Work: Diagnose & repair a laptop. Replaced hard drive. Called me to inform me of the repairs before they did them & approximate cost.Very up front on pricing & repairs to be made. Very personable & knowledgeable staff.
