Building My Business Brick by Brick

Description of Work: Chad Kinnison, the owner, gave us a bid to tuckpoint our 60 year old chimney...his bid was 1,000.00 which we thought was VERY reasonable. Once Chad got into the job, we found many broken bricks and the mortar had turned to sand...we realized the job was going to be much more extensive. We purchased more bricks as many had crumbled..and we purchased the mortar and the renting of the scaffolding to complete the job.The cost for the supplies was separate from what we paid Chad. Chad worked very hard and was so precise in his brickwork. The job did take a week longer than anticipated but after what we saw when he finished grinding areas we realized it would be a longer and more difficult job. We were EXTREMELY pleased with Mr. Kinnison's work.
