excavators, drain cleaning
+ 0 moreGood - other than the big hole in my pipe that is continually leaking now. Good people, seemed very knowledgeable. Still having drain issues.
Description of Work: Came to clean out main drain to street. Instead of using the drain opening in the main pipe, they cut a hole in the main pipe to run the snake. I have had continual leakage ever since. (ruined floors & dry wall) Drain replugged the next day. Called them again & had to wait 2 weeks for them to come back. Great people - But, I felt like they didn't want my business unless I replaced all of my plumbing. I think they have great service...just bad decision to cut a hole in my main drain pipe. They said they had a product that would keep out all tree roots and I would love to have tried the product. I have to fix the hole in my main pipe first...ugh.
