Description of Work: Fixed a shower which wasn't working. Also fixed a hose spicket which had broken during the Winter.

+ -1 moreWe could not have been happier with this experience. "Just Tom" (Tom Carey) is professional, neat, clean, intelligent, and helpful. In addition to doing excellent work, he gave us some suggestions about what to do and where to go for replacement parts if we need them (the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store!), and volunteered to research getting replacement filters for our water system at a lower price than we have been paying. He has over 20 years of experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend him. We will definitely call him the next time we have a plumbing need. He also does HVAC work, and we would expect the same quality of service in that area. "Just Tom" can be reached at 641-919-5675.
Description of Work: Our master bathroom faucet rusted and started leaking onto the floor. A friend recommended "Just Tom." We called him and he suggested we buy a replacement faucet (to get exactly what we wanted, as opposed to what he had in stock) and made an appointment for the next day. He called two hours before the appointed time and said he could come earlier if we liked, which we did, and he came and quickly and professionally installed the faucet. One thing that impressed us was that he charged for the real amount of time, which was less than an hour, as opposed to our frequent experience of people charging for a one-hour minimum. We were so impressed that we asked if he could come back and change our two in-house water filters. He made another appointment for the next day, was right on time did the job quickly and professionally, and again charged for a partial hour. The dollar amount above is the total of the two visits.
