I called on 12/20/2012 to have someone come and plow out my driveway. They told me they would be here about 10:00 pm that evening. They did not show up until 7:00 am the next morning. I did not receive a phone call telling me that they would not be coming until the next day. The snow was very wet and heavy. If they had come the night before as they had said, the snow would have come up off the driveway much better. But by morning the wet snow had frozen to the cement and did not come up well. They used a snowblower to just skim the snow off the sidewalks. And what they got off the driveway was minimal. I had to go out for the next couple of days and scrape ice and snow off the sidewalks and driveway that they left behind. They used a little salt but not much. I also thought the price was way too much for what they did. I will not hire them again.
