Planetary Tree Service

I was impressed with the crew. They were very professional. The trees look great. The clean up after was done well. Price paid, I thought very reasonable. Would recommend and or hire again.

I asked them to do minor trimming on a second tree. After the trimming, I was told that there would be an additional charge. The price for the 1st tree was very reasonable. The price for the 2nd tree was very high for the small amount of work performed.

Did a great job. Much less expensive than some of the others. Would hire them again.

The work that they did was really great. The only caveat was that it was difficult to determine a date for service. It was hard to pin down a date. The day of the service everything went excellent. It ended up being a two part job. The first day was a long day and they got the majority of the work done. They next time they came back to grind out the tree stumps.

I got 5 bids and he came. It took them a while to get here, that was the only minor thing. I know they're busy. Just a real minor thing, I had the solar lights that line the sidewalk when they were pulling some of the branches from the back yard to the front they wiped out about 4 of those. I told Drew and he was going to go buy them and pay for them and I said no don't worry about it. I said I just wanted to make you aware of it. If I had given them an A they would have done perfect. Just a minor thing, not a big deal; they did a good job and I know they're busy. It just took them a while to get here. It was probably over a month from the time I called and I had to call him 2 or 3 times to see when he was coming. On price, he wasn't the cheapest but he was right in the middle or so. The quality is pretty good. On responsiveness, it took them a while to get here. When I would call Drew he would call me back and give me an update and they were here the day they finally told me they were going to come. On punctuality, he called and said they were going to be here Wednesday and they were here. When I would call him and say do you have an idea when you're coming and he would give me an update. On professionalism, they knocked a couple of the lights over and left a couple limbs in the backyard.

Drew is truly a professional. He and his crew did a great job of taking down a tree that was in a difficult spot without incident. Everything was cleared up before they left. Job well done!

They were fast, thorough, knew what they were doing and were half the price of another estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Never got to talk directly to the company. Through voicemails I was able to get an estimate for the tree removal and the second to last message the lady said if I had any questions to contact them. After leaving a message stating I had some questions and one more follow up message I did not hear from the company until the day before they wanted to provide the service and I already had the work done. Company did have the lowest quote and seemed nice on their messages. I just couldn't talk to anyone on the phone.

They were very friendly and went out of their way to tell me what they were doing and why they were doing it.

They were efficient and cleaned up. Everything went well. He had a couple of guys that were very good to get up in the trees without the boom truck. They trimmed the trees nicely and it all went well.

They do an excellent job. Drew Collins is very professional and does a great job. He is also very honest and reasonable with rates. Another thing I like is that he is dependable. I have used his services over 5-6 years.

It went very well. They were very conscientious. They put plywood down to protect our grass. They did a really good job of cleaning up. The price was great. The guys did a really good job. They got it done fast and well.

Everything went very well from start to finish. This was all arranged by phone. My calls were returned promptly as was inspection for price quote. I conditioned the work on me not being present while the work was being done (due to my out-of-town employment, etc.). Planetary offered Saturday dates as an alternative. I did insist on a weekday over their concerns about me not being present and able to personally direct work to my satisfaction. The job was completed fully to my satisfaction. There was about 8" of snow on the ground and they scooped up the snow in the work area to be sure every stick was picked up. Prior to leaving the job, Planetary called to ask one last time if I wanted to inspect prior to them leaving. The job price was substantially less than a well known competitor.

They were extremely clean and were quick. They left our yard better than they found it. They brought a large crew and they did a very good job.

I selected Planetary from Angie's List, placed a call, leaving a message. They called back immediately and within 24 hours came to the residence and submitted a quote. They were extremely attentive to providing just the service we desired in a timely and highly professional manner. Stump removal had to be postponed as we went on vacation for close to two weeks. But immediately upon our return, they removed the stumps with thorough clean up. We have not yet seen the bill, but based on the relationship so far, I expect no surprises.

Called and asked for an estimate. Had to leave a message but they did call back. Handled everything over the phone which always makes me a little nervous but overall it went pretty well. They marked the tree that was described over the phone to make sure we were on the same page. After the estimate I called back and OK'd the work. They said they would get to it in a week or so and they did. They left a little more debris than I would have liked but not too bad.

The team of six(?) along with owner, arrived on data and time agreed upon, worked quickly and as a well-oiled team.
