Hands down the first people I call if I need work done. Always do great work, easy to deal with, prompt service and reasonably priced. They always explain what needs to be done and why. Very professional and friendly. They always clean up wherever they work in the house. Never leave a mess like I have had others do. Best thing, they are honest. Never have to worry about leaving workers alone in my house.

Two workers arrived at the appointed time. One spent all of his time on the sump pump replacement. The other did the three smaller jobs. I was impressed that they explained things to me when they were done. The one who did the three smaller jobs explained things as he went along. Workers cleaned up everything before they left which some service people I've used here have not done. They were efficient and the work was done to my satisfaction. I felt the bill was fair. I knew how long they had been here. I've used them to repair a water leak since this time and the hourly rate was much less. I'm sure it takes more knowledge to replace a sump pump than to fix a water leak that I was told was an "easy" fix after he saw it.
Description of Work: Replaced sump pump (cost includes cost of sump pump), replaced three outside light fixtures, fixed kitchen sink drainage problem, changed light bulbs in living room fixture hanging from a cathedral ceiling. I supplied the light fixtures and light bulbs.

They were very prompt and easy to work with. He explained everything that was wrong with our furnace. IT was a later call and they did not charge me for an emergency call. Our house is nice and warm now!

They were prompt and professional, working through heat and rain. I was not home but my mother was here, and she had nothing bad to say about them. All she said was that they worked hard and got the job done by the end the day. (No complaining or swearing because it wasn't they way they like it, they sucked it up). I was here when they arrived on time, and it wasn't long and the work began (less than 15 minutes). Since the humidifier was a new thing for us, they left an extra filter so we know what to get later. They left and was instructed to call if I had any questions after leaving simple instructions with my mother. Cleaned up their mess, couldn't tell they were even here, except for a cool house when we got home. They even filed my rebates to my utility companies.
Description of Work: We needed to remove old unit to fix a water leak issue, they were very quick to get the job done. Then decided better to replace air and furnace and added a whole house humidifier instead of reinstalling air.

This work was part of a basement remodeling project. I needed: numerous wires and outlets to be removed or rerouted; existing fluorescent lights replaced with cans; an additional line installed to service a stereo receiver; and the addition of several outlets. Job went well from start to finish. First, the new line was added to the panel, fished into the basement, and then terminated at a new gang box / outlet. Then all wiring that needed to be removed or rerouted was done, including that for the new three-way switch. Two new gang boxes and outlets were wired and installed to joists to support the projector and theater screen. On the second trip, all lighting was removed and replaced with temporary pigtails until the drop ceiling could be installed. Third and last trip involved removing the pigtails, cutting out the holes in the ceiling tiles for the lights, followed by wiring up the 20 recessed cans for those holes. (All materials, including light bulbs, were included in the original estimate.) Allow me to conclude by saying that I was very impressed with the quality of work as well as with the two gentlemen who performed the work. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Added a line to the electrical panel and ran it from the attic to the basement area to serve a power-hungry receiver. Moved numerous lines and outlets around to accommodate a future drop ceiling. Installed and wired new gang boxes and outlets to accommodate a projector and electronic screen. Took down old lights and cut and installed 20 recessed lighting cans into ceiling. Added a three-way switch to a light source.
