Roofer arrived very early (too early) in the morning and earlier than they said they would. He asked to look in my attic and I had to provide him with my own ladder and my own flashlight for im to look for the source of a leak in my attic. After 5 minutes he announced it wasn't a roof leak--that it was a leaking vent pipe and that roofing services werent needed. He told me he'd send a bill just for his time in the mail and he left. When the bill came it was $146 for 5 MINUTES OF THIS GUYS TIME!!!

The work was completed August 27 and the dumpster was removed by 7:30 am August 28. The crew was friendly, polite, professional, and informative about all details. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the final clean-up.

I called to get an estimate for a new roof. The receptionist told me that it would take 4-6 weeks to get one. They refused to call me to set up an appointment and would just send someone out. All other roofing companies I called were great about scheduling an estimate promptly. About 3 weeks later while I was getting ready for work, an employee of White Roofing showed up to do an estimate. Not a convenient time for me. The employee looked like he just got down off a roof from a job site. To his credit, he seemed truthful and genuine during the estimate. I felt he did a good job given the circumstance. That was the only positive I have from this company and why I gave them a C for professionalism. When he left, the old work truck he was driving left a nice oil spot in my driveway. I got the estimate later in the mail with no follow up from the company. It seemed high and I will not use them based on price and the way I was treated by the company.

White Roofing is one of the biggest roofing companies and does many commercial jobs. Reputation is for quality work and high prices. I decided not to wait so many months for the opportunity to pay a high price for a small job relative to their world.

This company is one of the best. They were able to accurately assess the problems with the roof and completed repairs that could not have accomplished by other roofing companies. I would not consider using any other roofing company. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have recommended the company in the past to other homeowners after using them to complete earlier roofing jobs on other properties.

I called them in Mid April to get and estimate for my roof. That lady appolgized but they were 3 weeks out on estimates would that be ok. I said yes. Then in Late May I called and had to leave a message(during norm business hours) to see if they had came for the estimate and if they had mailed out the estimate yet or not. I didn't hear back from them at all 9 days later the estimator shows up at the house, starts walking around the house, drawing up a rough outline of the house. I only knew he was out there because my dog was barking oddly and went out to check on her and saw their truck, He never even bothered to knock on the door to see if I was home or not! I found that rude then his reason for taking to soo LONG was cause my house is so far out. I told him I had asked the lady I spoke with if Geneseo was too far out and she assured me that the house was well in the service area. At that point almost 2 months later that we were going to go with a different company he didnt need to waste his time with the estimate.

Roofer came 2 days earlier than expected, (called) fixed all leaks, cleaned up his mess and hauled all old materials. Very professional and courteous. I will continue to use white.

My house had two leaking flat roofs with old asphalt rolled roofing on them. I asked for a quote in March and received it relatively quickly. The price seemed high, but I had heard good things from others who had worked with White's. They told me that the wait for this job would be about 12 weeks. I received other bids, some were just as high, others much lower, but I wanted to wait for White's given their reputation. I received a call while we were out of town in June that they crew could get started the following day due to an opening if we'd like. They finished the work in one day before we came home and it looked great. We haven't had any leaking since and the roof looks to be holding up great.
