+ -1 moreHad to call their office to follow up on the whereabouts of our written bid. The estimator had been at our house almost 2 weeks prior to that. Got our bid soon after we called them and a few days later work began. Crew showed up on time and did a very professional job on the hottest day of the year! Very courteous and skilled.
Description of Work: Pruned 6 trees and pulled out 4 juniper bushes. Ground the stumps.

Description of Work: Trimmed trees. |Because it was done in the winter a lot of branches and twigs were left for us to clean up in the spring. I was told someone would come back and cut a limb that was missed in the winter a month ago. I have seen one of their trucks in my neighborhood but no one has stopped by my house.

The power company comes along and cuts branches and they do not do anything for the aesthetics of the tree and so one of things that Davey did was try to improve the balance of the tree and they did that well. While they were here they were very responsive.

+ -1 moreI accepted the estimate on August 1st and faxed it to them. I did not hear from them for over a month so I called, they said they would be able to do the work in September. September is now over and I have again heard nothing. They have poor communication skills. I would not recommend their service.
Description of Work: They were recommended to me by a nephew who also does tree services. The lady came and gave us an estimate. She was very nice and professional.

Description of Work: I have a linden tree that is prone to attract japanese beetles. They put tree injections around the trunk of the tree. They have also done injections to my ash tree as a preventative from the emerald ash borer.
