Scott and his employees did an excellent job. Very professional and great follow up and reliable.

Nine men arrived promptly at 8am, cut and cleared per agreement, cleaned up 7 1/2 hours later. Two men were in trees throughout the day; 7 were ground cutting, hauling and mulching. Very professional and conscientious, moved anything that might have been damaged by falling limbs or brush removal. (Did destroy one landscape light.) Scott did a thorough analysis of what we had and howwe would benefit, very knowledgeable!

I called for an estimate and didn't hear back so I called again and received a return phone call within 2 hours. Scott and one of his guys came out and walked through what I wanted done and explained what would work best. He is professional and knows his business. I received a quote right then and decided to go with them. I'd had 5 different companies come out and Scott's quote was right in the middle as far as price. I went with him because of his professionalism and certification as a master arborist. They couldn't tell me exactly when they'd be able to do the job and said they'd call the day they could come out. They called within about 5 days in the morning and said they'd be there is 30 minutes. A huge team of guys came - 6 plus Scott. Scott and his foreman walked around once again with me to make sure we were all on the same page. They got to work and were done in about 3 1/2 hours. Scott left for about 2 hours during that time but came back for the remaining time and made sure I was happy with everything. The clean-up was great - amazing, in fact, considering all the stuff that came down. These guys are pros and are reasonably priced.

I have used this company twice. First time was a great experience. Two years later, I wasn't as enthusiastic. The 2nd time, Scott did not remain at the site, and the tree was not trimmed according to my wishes - branches were left on that I had asked to have removed. Also, ropes and saws were left on-site overnight. Be very specific and make sure you have spoken with the person who is going to be in charge on site. Price was a little higher than other bids, but I chose to use them based on past experience and recommendations of neighbors.

These people are top class. They did everything they promised and in record time. Very professional. We recently had high winds in the neighborhood and a section of my fence blew down. Neighbors had loss of trees but my trees stood firm due to the excellent job they did thinning and pruning. They get an A plus!!

Scott was very friendly, informative and professional. The day the work was completed the crew was fast and did a great job. The only disappointment we experienced was that we were told the job would be completed either at the of week or the beginning of the next week and it was not. We had to call to see when our job would be scheduled. Luckily, the crew came the next day after our call. We were glad because we were on a tight time line. Overall, we still gave Scott and his crew an "A".

On the day of the estimate, Scott taught me the correct method of where trees should be cut and why. Carlson Service scheduled our trimming within 2 days and kept their appointment on time. The driveway was protected by plywood before the bucket truck pulled in. Exact job requirements were discussed before any work began. Mike (his crew foreman) was very professional in directing the team, answered all my questions, and completed the job within the 2-3 hour time frame. They raked the front yard, cleaned the porch steps, the driveway, the sidewalk near the street, and also swept the street!!! A few of the neighbors have asked for his phone number since we came back from vacation recently. I am extremely satisfied with Scott Carlson Service. I will use them again and am highly recommending this company.

Very good service. For the quote Scott came and walked with me to each tree explaining his findings and suggestions. After getting other quotes where the company just jumped out of their truck and giving quotes without looking I felt comfortable going with Scott. Did a great job trimming 3 trees and left the yard spotless. They even protected landscape lights from damage before starting. May cost more than others but great quality.

They did a great job on the trees. They had me come out and make sure everything was correct before they started. After they were finished they cleaned up all of the branches and raked up the yard. It was like I never had any trees trimmed.

Scott Carlson is an ISA Certified Arborist. After placing a call to his company, Scott and his assistant came to my residence, did an assessment of all the trees, made recommendations and gave an estimate for the work I wanted done. Within a week, he and his crew were on-site and did a very professional job of trimming/prunning the trees. The crew worked tirelessly, were very organized, careful, professional and neat. Everything was cleaned up and the job was completed in good time, and the trees were trimmed correctly to insure their health. I have used Scott's company in the past and will use his company the next time my trees need attention. Being an ISA Certified Arborist, Scott has the education, in-depth knowledge and training one woud want from someone tending to their trees. His company is able to prune, and remove trees. He has all the necessary equipment to complete any job. He is licensed, bonded and insured.
