+ 0 moreThe project took a long time but Precision Air always kept up their part of the work, called in and completed inspections, etc.. The work was well done. Workers very respectful and hard working. Keith, the owner/manager although very busy, was very responsive to my needs and concerns. I feel I was very well served and got a great system at a reasonable and competitive price.
Description of Work: New Train Furnace, Air Conditioner, Heat Pump, Ductwork in new addition of house, 2 zones for heating and cooling, 2 thermostats, reworked some of old ductwork.. New Mitsubishi split AC/Heatpump for one room in house that had no ductwork.

+ -1 moreOverall our experience was an A+; as stated previously the repair individual was right on time and we didn't have to fuss with a 'window' of time as many repair places do and therefore my husband and I didn't have to utilize any vacation hours from our jobs!
Description of Work: We have used Precision Air now twice; once when our home air conditioner just wasn't keeping the house cool and the second time just recently with a rental property that we own in Bettendorf. The air conditioner here just stopped working. Both cases Precision Air was right on time with their appointment and were honest and extremely professional. On our home air conditioner they had to replace one small part and our total bill was $90 and in our rental unit it was a re-charge of our system. We will continue to use Precision Air as my husband and I both work so when we schedule something we don't have a 'window' to work within; being on time and efficient is something we value.

Description of Work: Precision air does our maintenance for us twice a year. We had a problem with our air conditioner this year and they were wonderful on getting it fixed. We have pug dogs that cannot be too hot, the service man knew this and was out here as soon as possible. Their people are helpful and friendly and I feel quite comfortable about having them in my house. I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and cooling done in their home. As far as price goes, I don't know how they compare with others, but they seem to be ok.
