"I had them replace my roof the work does seems good but there crew left my gutters damaged I feel that when they give you a price for labor and materials that should be the price I should not have to pay extra material and labor cost this was not hidden damage they just did not have enough material and I could not tell if all material that was delivered first time was the amount in the quote they Did not any invoices from there suppliers actually did not, break down extra cost till I asked for it. I am an electrician by trade if I gave them a price for wiring a house and needed an extra 500ft. Of wire to complete the job I am sure they would tell me to bad you did not figure enough wire. All I am saying not having all material delivered to a job site and then bring in extra is a an old trick to get a little extra out of a client I am not saying this is what they did I cannot prove it either way but I have heard of this happening just watch your contractor."

Each job is as unique as those I am working not only for but just as importantly those I am working WITH. By this I mean none other than every client(s) is to each their own who some already have a very distinct, detailed, and predetermined vision as far as what they want. Some don't have the slightest idea and are looking for my input, suggestions, expenses and help coming up with a budget that is with in ones reach and that does not overwhelm or discourage a person from making their once dream space a reality. Every person I work with is encouraged to share any ideas, whether you've been revisiting an old idea or wanting to try something new. I will ALWAYS take time to not only sit down & listen to you but discuss, calculate, provide a copy of and discuss any ADDED expenses as well as any incurred CREDITS due as a result of any changes made to an already existing customer agreement. All proposed changes / costs will be discussed to its fullest and must be signed off as accepted by the client requesting proposed changes. I have an open mind policy meaning 1.
