To be polite, it was difficult. Long and difficult. This whole process started in October of 2012 and is not completely finished as of this date. No instructions were provided on how to put up the building No appropriate screws were sent to put into the building. I have an email from the company stating that they don't use the best screws but they refused to provide us with appropriate screws. They just sent us more of the ones that would bend or break, Unmarked pieces of the building were sent and we eventually figured out where it was suppose to go. Required an incredible amount of man hours to put the building up since there were no instructions. Luckily, I had one gentleman who had built metal buildings in the past so he did know how to center the building so it wouldn't fall down with the first winds. They had phone support Monday through Friday but unfortunately the building was build on the weekends. When we did call with questions we usually did not receive an appropriate answer. They are very professional and certainly are trained on how to get you off the phone without giving you an adequate answer. The exhaust fans were placed in the middle of the building instead of up higher to really evacuate the air from the building. The exhaust fans (2) were 9 amp each and controller they gave us was 8 amp (ie. this was not going to work for long). The fans have their own thermostats that are associated with nothing else The evaporative cooler has its own thermostat that has nothing to do with the fans. The power vent for the evaporative cooler has its own controller and is unassociated with the cooler or the fans. I was told that everything would work together, but when I asked them for that I was sent a proposal for $2200 to cure the problem that I was promised. The best one: There is a free standing pool/spa in the building and no one asked the height of the pool. When I stand on the top step up the pool the cross beam is mid-forehead. I have to be incredibly careful to not hit my head on the steel cross beams. There response: "You told us it was an in ground pool." Frankly, that would have been impossible since I bought the pool and definitely knew it was NOT in ground. Do NOT buy a greenhouse from this company.
Description of Work: They supplied an engineered 20 x48 ft greenhouse without any plans (except the blueprint type of engineered drawings) for the building and provided hideous explanations on how to build the structure.
