+ -1 moreThey visited for an on site quote and never followed up. We called TWICE, requesting the quote info, then finally visited their location ourselves and STILL received no info. Our home is ONE MILE from their office and no one ever had the courtesy of getting us the info we needed.

+ -1 moreFrom the first time I spoke to one of the workmen until our trees were finally in the ground, I found them to be courteous, friendly, very helpful and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Also, they made certain to use the and quot;Call Before You Digand quot; people, and handled everything very professionally.
Description of Work: My husband and I had been looking for new trees and shrubs for our house and I saw someone planting a tree next door. He said he was from Wagner Nursery and was very pleasant. We visited the nursery that weekend and purchased two fairly large trees and arranged to have them installed. We had compared prices with other nurseries and found Wagner's to be competitive with good quality stock and choices. He took the time to discuss care over the winter so the trees would survive. He also gave us a range of days when they would schedule the installation and said he would call to verify the time. He followed through very well and they showed up on schedule. The two people who came had an excellent attitude, took their time doing the installation correctly and gave us instructions on how to care for the new trees to help them through the winter. Wagner also has a landscaping service that we plan on using to finish planting our yard since we have a new house. We will be making an appointment to speak with them in a few weeks. We were more than pleased with their attitude, willingness to answer questions and take their time to do the job correctly. We recommend them highly.

+ -1 moreThey were very good. They followed up by phone about the lawn. They told us that the summer was coming and the watering techniques we should use. They drive by the house to look at the house. They do everything they can.
Description of Work: We use Wagner Nursery Inc for landscaping. We had some grass which had weeds and they got rid of that.

+ 0 moreThey were very good. They were a well-established local firm and I like to deal with local folks. They were pleasant to work with and they made good suggestions. When one or two of the plants died, they replaced them without any cost. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I used Wagner Nursery to do a flower landscaping plan. They did the plan and the stone work. I did the planting but they suggested the flowers and the perennials and shrubs. I put them in the ground.

+ -1 moreThey also have plant products. We were very impressed with their knowledge about trees, trimming, and pruning. They did a beautiful job on pruning. They were really quick to change a design and they were very helpful.

+ -1 moreThey gave us options and we could pick what price we wanted to spend on the landscaping. They cleaned the beds, put down some liner and some rocks and plants. We will definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We used Wagners for the landscaping they fixed the flower beds up and put in some plants that don't need as much upkeep.
