 + -1 moreMy only complaint is that the aesthetic look of the piping to my replaced radiator could have been more pleasing - I think the pipes could have been hidden more with a little more thought/planning.
Description of Work: Service One was very responsive when my radiator had a significant leak due to the pipe freezing. They were also available to remove/replace radiators in a timely manner in my home due to remodeling, when several other companies had declined because it was their busy season.

Description of Work: Our furnace (an outdoor unit) went out when the temp. was -24F. The service tech isolated what he thought was the problem, but didn't have both parts, so left us with two electric space heaters to get us through the night. The following morning he called to say one of the parts needed to be ordered and that they would be there the next day, and they were. We can't say enough good things about Service One and how they treated us during very miserable weather conditions. We know for a fact that the tech that was at our home at 9PM had 3 more calls that night and didn't get home until 4:30AM the next morning. Yet, when he called the next morning about ordering the part, he was as courteous and friendly as could be.

Description of Work: My sump pump failed overnight during heavy rains. I called in the morning and they had my old pump replaced before noon.

 + -1 moreSame as above...............We had lived in our house for over 14 years, and had never had the furnace checked before. We found out that our furnace was 15 years old and still working great...........The service man was friendly and thorough with his inspection, and we are very pleased with Service One.
Description of Work: We have the Gold Service plan from Black Hills Energy, and wanted to get our 14+ year old furnace checked for safety. The service tech was very professional and did the inspection in good time, and was on his way. Our furnace is great, and we know that our house is safe, so we have the peace of mind we were seeking. And we get a rebate back just for getting the inspection........how great is that?

On the last two occasions, my furnace went out in the middle of the winter and the latest was when my AC went out in the middle of a heat advisory of 100+ degrees. I explained the situation, and they got people out immediately. They came, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything as I asked questions, about what they were doing, and fixed the issue. They have been professional, courteous with my curiosity, and gave me some helpful advice to keep my systems running. All in all, I have had a very wonderful experience with this company.
Description of Work: I had my AC stop working during a 100+ degree heat advisory.
