 + 0 moreThe young man they sent out (Mike R) was great. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it on this visit. My wife had just done her 2 week shopping and as a result we did not lose any perishables. The tech was an excellent ambassador for Black Hills. I only dinged one grade for punctuality because there had been no call back after 7 hours and we had called to see if they were still coming. While I was on the phone the tech pulled in, Very happy ending and pleased with service.
Description of Work: Our refrigerator (1 and 1/2 years old) suddenly stopped working. We called several other companies, one never returned our call, 2 others could not come out for at least a week. Service Guard(Black Hills Energy) came out the same day. We had to pay an extra $25 for same day service because they were so busy.

 + 0 moreAs the service man was searching for the leak, he explained everything he was doing to me. He also told me what I thought was a leak was not and what it was. He cleaned up and everything looked great.

 + -1 moreIt was good. I have no complaints on the service nor was the gentleman rude or disrespectful.
Description of Work: We had an old boiler unit that Blackhill knew how to fix. Even in the cold they come out quickly and we were without heat with no more then 3 days.

 + -1 moreIt was good. We?ve been using them 4-5 years. Scheduling is very easy. We call them, they make the appointment, and show up. They are very prompt, courteous, and take their shoes off when they enter your home. It?s a very good service.
