Residential Lawn Care

Did sloppy job. Left grass clippings on lawn and in flower beds. He was rude and argumentative when called on phone. Did not offer to come over to take a look. Stated does not need our business and slammed down the phone.

He arrived on Thursday May 6th, tells me all about his reputation, how he has 42 other customers, he talks about how good he is and his customers never complain. We make arrangements for him to be here Saturday at 5 pm to do my yard, with the charge of $30 to do my yard, ok no problem. Saturday comes and go's and no lawn being mowed. So Saturday night I make arrangements for someone else to come mow my lawn on Monday. Today on Sunday, Mother's Day at about 4:45 pm the owner himself of Restidental Lawn Care shows up and says are you ready ?? I said well I guess, this isn't Saturday, he starts talking about how I had to work and blah, blah, I said well I didn't get a phone call, so I assumed you weren't doing it. The guy who owns the business is the same guy who does it, and rudely said well I guess you don't need my business. I said well I'm not the one who promised to be here and do the job, and he mumbled something about his reputation and I said well your reputation is crap !! He was more concerned with his reputation, then doing the job. The only part of his reputation he has shown me was, he couldn't keep in contact with me, couldn't do the job as stated, was rude, and plain and simple didn't do the job and keep his word!
