Our gutter was damaged by neighbors trampoline during wind storm. They gave us a quick estimate for the insurance company. Once we have then the go ahead, it took about 4 weeks before work was performed. Quality work and prompt responses to emails. Local company that I would hire again.

Flawlessly. I was very happy with the finished product and workmanship is great. It came in at a very reasonable price. Since it was so unconventional I just asked for time and material charge. It turned out less than I figured based on other gutter work I had done from a different contractor (whom by the way never showed up to look at the job).
Description of Work: Install gutters on two outbuildings and connect to one outlet and downspout. This application required planning, the execution was excellent. Great job everything fits and turned out very professional.

Very good experience, they thought they would not get this done for 2 weeks and I was called a week early asking if I would like to get my gutters hung earlier. They did a very nice job and showed up when they told me they would be there and if they were running late they called and let me know.

It did not go good because i had someone else hired at a cheeper price.
Description of Work: I had talked to this installer about my gutters in june of 2011, and on 10/12 /11 he just left a message on my phone saying he was going to go ahead and start the project and he started them an hour after he called. So i hadn't talked to him for months. I think this is very unprofessional. He should have never started this project without talking to me physically or over the phone. Also he did not park in the front of my house he parked in the back of my house in the ally so my neighbors or daughter couldn't get out with out having some trouble.

Response from Quality Seamless Gutters
I'd like to respond to these comments about my company and our recent work at this member's home. First, he mentions that he spoke to me in March 2011. That is false. This couldn't have been in March, because a hail storm hit our area on April 3rd. He called me in late June and requested that I stop by and give him an estimate on his damaged gutters. I went to his home in early July, and I know this is fact because after giving him an estimate and agreeing to do his project, I went home and entered his invoice into my accounting software, and the invoice creation date was July 4, 2011. Therefore, it was not 6 months since he had talked to me. Second, I had to park in the alley behind his home because there was insufficient space to park my truck and trailer in front. I needed 40 feet of parking just for the truck and trailer, and another 50 feet behind the trailer to run the gutter out. He lives across the street from a school and playground, and the parking is very congested there. The first day I was there, I wasn't blocking any vehicles on his property, but did partially block his neighbor, who was still able to get out of her spot. The next morning I went back to finish and did again park in the alley, and his daughter's car was there, however I didn't once get asked on either day to move my truck and trailer. Last, I did give him only an hour notice that I was coming. I usually call the customer the day before my arrival. I wasn't able to do this because I had a different job scheduled that day, and wasn't able to do that job because I had no outside power to plug into. Therefore, I decided to do this job instead, and had to call only an hour prior to my arrival. I have talked to this customer tonight on the phone and we discussed things, and he said he would be correcting the false information and giving me a better grade as well.
