Both Kevin and his worker were extremely polite and worked in an efficient manner. There were issues with the photogenic setting on the light and they rectified the issue in a timely manner. The only issue I had with Pfohl was the estimate for service was verbal, not written. When the bill actually came, I felt there was a discrepancy with what he said it would cost, versus actual bill. I called him on this and he claims to have said what the bill stated. I figured I must have just heard him wrong and in the end, I just paid the higher bill because it was the right thing to do, I love the light and the security it offers, and I liked and appreciated the excellent customer service the company offered. I will definitely use them again, but I will just make sure to get the estimate in writing, not verbal, to eliminate any possible problems.
