Molo Plumbing & Heating

They are plumbing, heating and air conditioning. I have a service agreement, so that was a free visit. It is offered to loyal customers. We use them for plumbing and other services, so they offer that to us for free. They’re a little expensive. They are always on time. I have been using them for 20 years. They’ve done a lot of plumbing.

We had our basement waterproofed and we had to dig up around the perimeter so I had to turn off the water to all the bathrooms, fixtures downstairs and the laundry. They did not do the waterproofing. They did the disconnecting and connecting.

Called them on 2/27/13 for a price on a new furnace. The lady that answered the phone was very polite. I asked if they cover the Lancaster area, as Dubuque is about 30 miles away. She said they did, and first misunderstood, thinking my furnace was broken and needed to send a repair person. This was nice of her as it happened to be a very, snowy cold day, but my current furnace was still working ok, just over 15 years old and I'd like to add A/C. She took my contact info and said someone would call me back to set up an appointment. Never heard from anyone, so called again on 3/4/13. Spoke to a different person and she said the lady in charge of estimates was in a meeting, and they would call me right back. Now it is 3/29/13 and still no call. Thought this would go well after a nice start, but not so much.

They do excellent work, and I'd grade them A's across the board. I own 12 furnaces, so they are on call, which is ongoing. He has been in business for a long time.
