+ -1 moreThe plumbers showed up on time and did a good job, were very professional, etc. The water heater replacement part went well. However, the estimated cost did not turn out to be very accurate. I ended up having to pay about $200 more than expected on what was supposed to be a $1250 bill. I can understand if an estimate is little off, but this was over 15%...not cool.

+ -1 moreRather than running the new wiring through the existing opening into the house, it was run through a window frame! About 5--6 feet of wiring was completely exposed as it came out of the ground and ran up to the window. It was left that way for several months. When I called they said the job probably wasn't finished yet, and that I would be charged for them to come and finish it. (Remember, it was left that way for months!) Here's the silly part: an opening in the foundation already existed for the wiring. They would have had to pull the old wiring out through that hole, but for some unknown reason they didn't run the wiring back through the SAME opening. It would have taken them LESS time to do the job right than the way they did it. I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and Jaeger P & P said they would split the cost to finish the job with me. How ridiculous! Had they done it RIGHT the first time there would be no more cost. I told them absolutely not, and the wiring is still exposed today.

+ -1 moreMany problems with leaky pipes and drains over the years. showers on both condo's leaked all over the basement (one basement was finished and ceiling had to be replaced). Another leak in pipes leading to dishwasher involved having a large section of finished basement ceiling being replaced. Dishwasher pipes leaked in both condos. Refrigerator water pipes leaked in both units. basically if a pipe carried water, it leaked. Jeager was called in the beginning to fix problems, but we finally figured out we needed to call another plumber to have the jobs done right.

+ 0 moreWas done poorly, left unfinished for months, and they wanted to charge me to come back and fix it.
Description of Work: New wiring from my well pump to my house was left above ground and entered my house through a hole drilled in a wooden window frame rather than the original opening underground in the foundation.
