+ 0 moreWe were interested in using a ductless split system heat pump/air conditioner to replace a window air conditioner and to supplement heating. We knew nothing about ductless split systems and called three different suppliers for information. Mark represented Geisler, reviewed our needs, and had a proposal back to us in hours. Of the three suppliers, Mark was the most attentive to details. Mark was the one who was most on top of code requirements for installation. Mark also supplied us with a full description of the split system applications, the models available, and the options available. This was a great help in understanding how to use this technology. When we wanted to see the actual hardware, Mark arranged to have a unit brought in and un-boxed for our inspection. This most recent experience is consistent with the good service Geisler Brothers has supplied in the past.
