The work went exceptionally well, The cost was somewhat higher because there was a need to break up concrete floor in basement for a drain pipe and then re-cement the floor. Also, wood trim was replaced on floors, the bathroom painted and a new door with hardware installed. We are exceptionally pleased with professionalism of Rob and his friendliness. He all helped in a non=associated minor electrical task with no charge. This is my son's home and my son had Rob do more remodeling work in his upstairs bathroom. My son was exceptionally pleased with the work and with Rob. My son has 3 children (2 toddlers) and Rob was able to adjust his work and schedule to accommodate the "family".

We were very pleased with Rob's professionalism and perfectionism. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with all his services. As common with all contractors timeline did not exactly go as planned but we were very pleased with the quality of work and There were some obstacles with scheduling on our end as well. He was very flexible and accommodating. He did contract out tile,?plumbing and electricity. I felt his team members were also very professional as well. Overall we were very pleased and would use his services again.

They kept me very informed over this three week project regarding decisions to be made, next steps, supplies I needed to provide agead of time etc

We thought that they were excellent when they came out to do the quote. Their price was good and we thought that they were professional.

He is very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing.

He and his crew were professional, courteous and fantastic. Rob doesn't skimp - he adds on the time and effort to do the job RIGHT. He even added on extra insulation to the exterior wall and window because he thought the existing material wasn't up to snuff. He was respectful of my home and never left a mess to clean up. A plus all the way around.
