None of the work was done correctly. The deck is not accessible to me and I am disabled. They did not pull the right permits. I would not have agreed for him to do the work if I knew he would not do the work properly. He got white paint all over my new counters when they painted the kitchen. I sent him a certified letter to him about the issues. He said that he never received the letter, but I have proof that he did. City officials had to inspect my home after the work was finished and he didn't do a lot of things to code. He ripped out the shelves out of all of my closets when I didn't ask him to. He moved two registers when installing the cabinets to locations that are not approved. The city also says that the electrical outlets that he said fixed were not working properly. My phone lines were removed. He took things out of the house that he should have left alone. He knocked a hole in my wall to install tile-lined shelves. They look like something a child put together. The tile he installed looks like something out of the 60's and it is not what he showed me originally.
