Power Wash was available but this was vinyl siding with green mold. He used a detergent spray then a gentle rinse for a perfect result, avoiding the possibility of power wash forcing water behind the siding. Perfect results!!

Responded quickly, offered a firm price which was very competitive, and performed the work even earlier than I expected, and did a very good job. I'll most certainly consider him again for other services he offers.

Mr. Caldwell not only powerwashed our house but two neighbor hired him as a result. We also had him add sand to the cracks in our pavers and seal them. All work was performed to complete satisfaction. It was completed timely with a reasonable cost to us. I tried to give him 5* ratings but it would only come up 4.5*.

John showed up on time, was very diligent and went above and beyond. He took the time to walk me through the work and make sure it was up to expectations which was really helpful. I would definitely hire him again.

John Caldwell responded promptly to my call. I was given an estimate when he viewed my deck, and the work was done for that amount. Mr. Caldwell was probably more conscientious than I would have been..he came back for a second power wash, and mde sure mthe deck was ready for the stain. Will definitely hire him again.
