 + 0 moreIt was perfect. They were fantastic. They were very punctual, professional, accommodating and reasonably priced. The owner, Ken is a pleasure to work with. He gave me an estimate. Within four days, he was there doing the work, and he was done in a couple of hours. He cleaned up after himself. It was a real pleasure. I had found their name at one of the hardware stores. I had called three or four different people. It is a problem here in Dubuque; none of them returned my calls. He returned my call within ten minutes. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Budget Electric replaced an electrical light fixture on a fifteen foot ceiling.

 + -1 moreHe did a great job! He was very professional and gave helpful suggestions on other projects. The only negative we had was he didn't clean up the debris from the stripping of wires and cuttings. I would still rate him a 9 out of 10.
Description of Work: Ken replaced a ceiling light fixture in the entryway and checked a florescent light fixture for loose/damaged brackets in the laundry room. He went beyond the requested service and checked on a downstairs door bell.
