+ -1 moreFridge manufacturer scheduled an appointment through Bob's Appliance Service. Never received an appointment confirmation phone call. Called them five times. Showed up to their location. Argued with me over why they never called me or answered my phone calls. Told me to find another company to repair my fridge. Refused to do any service for me.
Description of Work: Couldn't figure how to use a phone.
