 + -1 moreWe arrived at the home and Bethany was already there working on the outside inspection. She caught us up to what had been inspected to that point and walked us through a couple of issues that she had found. From there the inspection moved to the interior and was very detailed. At every point she was able to explain what was being inspected and what potential issued might be found. She was very knowledgeable on different styles of architecture and the issues with each as well as installation practices of the era when the house was built. The final report was delivered a few days later and was much larger than I expected (57 pages!) including a great section on home maintenance with specific references to items found in the home. We are very happy with both the service and the report.
Description of Work: We used BiG Home Inspections for a pre-purchase inspection on a home. She arrived at the home right on time and performed a very detailed inspection and report.
