Allen's Plumbling

Allen was very helpful. I was very worried because I had a leak in my basement that I couldn't determine what it was. He came, was prompt and worked with my schedule. He found the cause right away and fixed it on the spot.

I know this plumber by another company name--Butt Crack Plumbing. No I'm not kidding, that was the name on his business card. Needed to have a utility sink installed in my basement. Had just purchased our home and Butt Crack was referred by our home inspector (I think they are related). I was told by home inspector that he was a and quot;Master Plumber.and quot; After many trips back and forth to the hardware store for the parts he needed, it took Butt Crack almost all day to complete the job. After he was done, we were left with terrible pipe knocking. To make a long story short--we had to pay to have another plumber fix his mistakes. I would definitely and quot;NOTand quot; recommend this plumber. He's too expensive and is not experienced. Proceed with caution!

Allen was very prompt. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the same day. He noticed that the flooring supporting the toilet was not satisfactory and and quot;shored upand quot; the floor to ensure there wouldn't be problems in the future. He is meticulous, and wants to do an excellent job.. His prices are very reasonable, and he is very friendly , personable, and in my house and quot;dog friendlyand quot; is helpful and Allen certainly is. Would highly recommend him!

Once we went over what I wanted done Allen took over and completed the job on time. Clean up was done after the job and a follow up phone call later in the week to check on any issues. The price was great and all of the work was first class.
