All Seasons is one of the few local firms that I can recommend for providing consistently high quality, high value, and knowledgeable service over twenty years. Their prices are competitive, service calls are made quickly, and their service work fixes the problem. When a relay and, later, a small motor bearing failed on our 20-year-old gas furnace, we had prompt service. In one case, the service technician arrived within minutes even though it was a busy day. When an intermittent problem could not be identified on the first call, there was no charge for the second call once the malfunction became consistent and could be found and fixed. Repair parts were in stock even though our old furnace model was no longer being manufactured. For one part, if All Seasons had not had the part in stock, we would have had to wait several very cold days until the next closest available part - in Atlanta - was shipped. Service technicians have been knowledgeable and helpful. When an annual fall furnace check was complete, the technician told me he still had time to do additional work. He then checked out our gas water heaters and made major improvements - cleaning combustion debris from one burner and opening up air flow screening on the other. When it was time for the furnace to be replaced, the price was competitive, the unit was sized appropriately, and the installation was completed on schedule in less than 8 hours by service personnel who were willing to ask and answer questions as the work proceeded. Talking to others in Dubuque, they have had similar positive experiences with All Seasons over the years.

The noise issue was fixed, but the unit continues to blow cold air. The technician had 100 excuses as to why the cold air was blowing out. The house has gotten down to 40 degrees as the furnace blows cold air out. I was told that the furnace filter I bought was to good for my furnace, restricting the air flow causing the unit to overheat. An independent technician tested the furnace with the All Seasons filter and my filter and there was almost no difference. I was also told that my digital thermostat was switching settings allowing the temperature to drop even thought the thermostat is "locked" and the screen states that it is suppose to be 10-15 degrees higher than the actual temperature is reading. Even if it switched to a different setting, there is no reason that cold air should be blowing out when in the furnace setting. After fighting to keep the furnace working for a month and a half, I called back to All Seasons and the tech stated that he could not fix the issue of the cold air blowing out because he did not see it happen and there are "10 things that could cause the problem". After being questioned about the 10 possible parts that could be the issue, it turns out there are only 3 parts that could be responsible. A detailed description of the issue should narrow down the technicians "diagnosis" of which part needs to be replaced. The All Seasons technician kindly wanted to make another service call (charging me the service fee) and see if he could witness the cold air blowing out. If the furnace was working properly, then it would require him to try to stop back again, for a fee.....

The job for the air conditioning system was very big. They suggested a system called a space pack system as we have radiators in our home and not duct heating. They ran air conditioning vents in the first floor and the attic. The system directs the air from the attic to the first floor. We continue to use them as they did a very good job with the installation.

Everything was 100% except the outside AC unit wasn't installed where it was supposed to be (not a huge issue).

Went great, they were here when promised, clean and neat. And both were very informative and polite. They explained how to use our equipment and were appreciative for our business.

The overall installation went smoothly, from the quote to the install to the customer service. I was able to use my A/C within several hours despite other quotes from other suppliers saying it would take 2 days. The only hickup was due to me writing a check incorrectly and their bank cashing it when it shouldnt have been. They kindly called the bank and was able to get my overdraft fee paid back due to their bank error. It took a little coaxing with the office manager as the overdraft fee was only $4.28 but given they called the bank, I was very pleased with their services.

Quickly and everything was done as I wanted. Very stress free install.

This company 's helpfulness and professionalism saved me in an extremely difficult situation. I went to them on Wednesday Jan. 16th and needed an installation of a new furnace and hot water heater done by Friday the 18th (when I had to leave to take my daughter to a State competition). They assisted me with trying to get financing and sent in the rebate forms for me to the electric and gas companies. The installation went without a hitch, all in that one day that I needed it done by. I could only be there to let them in and then to sign the papers after the completion. They were so polite. clean and did such a thorough job that I was amazed! They had all labor included in the spot on estimate, which was well below others. They left the area they worked in cleaner than it had been to start with! I can see why the city and Angie's list recommended them so highly! I will be getting an air conditioning system from then this summer. I would say that if you want something done right the first time and the best go the All Seasons! I'm a customer for life!

My dad used them years ago; I called around and got estimates then decided to use this company. I give them A's across the board and I had no complaints whatsoever; I thought they were really great. They did what they were supposed to and cleaned up their mess. I will use them again in the future.

All Seasons returned our service call very quickly, despite having an overload of requests from customers who has similar rainfall damage to appliances in their basements. We received an estimate to replace our water heater soon after we called the company and about five days later, two men from All Seasons came on a Saturday morning to remove the ruined water heater and replaced with a now Energy Efficient model, which qualified ius for a natural gas rebate. Be sure to ask the company for an itemized bill., the installation manual, the warranty card, and if applicable, forms for a rebate if it applies to the appliance. We had to request all the above after the fact. The only constructive comment is to have All Seasons not be so surprised when an itemized bill is requested.

Really worked with us to burn up the old fuel, then install the furnace quickly on a cold day.
