Submitted order online via their website on 4/2 (Saturday). Provided credit card information No way to pick a date(s) for your service. Almost immediately received an email confirmation - nicely done. The email doesn't have date the services will be performed. Received follow-up email two days later on 4/4 (Monday) promising someone would be out to my house "this week". Surprisingly with no specific date. I send email asking about when services will be performed. One can't be given. Told the following: "clean ups are provided by a separate crew in order of client request so it just depends on how long the work takes at each clients house and how many clients are on the list before you." Where I am in queue is never provided. Reached out 4/6 for a follow-up or some status - no response. It's almost Thursday by now, no one has been by to work on my lawn, and I have no idea when they will stop, if they will at all. They have my credit card information. All I have is a vague assurance that the service will be provided. Send email on 4/9 (now officially one week after submitting the order) In the email I basically demand a response - it's been a week, give me an update or I'll cancel and update Angie's List accordingly. No response. Called the phone number on website. Leave message. No answer. Send email on 4/10 (eight days after submitting an order and providing my credit card). Ask if someone will be out to do the work on what is now Sunday. No response. I've lost two weekends now. Finally receive a phone call on 4/11. It's been 5 days since they last communicated with me. They promise to have someone to mow and clean my lawn on the same day - it's raining, by the way. And they can't give me a date on when they can aerate my lawn and essentially promise it will be done within the week. Seriously. Summary: If you order a service from them, plan on not knowing when services you order will be performed. Plan on not receiving timely responses to emails or requests. Know that they are closed on the weekends. Know they apparently don't have processes in place to schedule, monitor and update requests (at least from the customer's point of view. I had read
