+ -1 moreIt went terribly. Andrew was nice on the phone, but as soon as he arrived at the house he was rude, arrogant, and would not let me get a word in edgewise. He was looking for more ways to raise the quote and when I didn't agree to pay the raised rate he was trying to charge me a cancellation fee. Here is the deal, I would have paid the fee, but he would not let me get a word in edgewise and was quite belligerent on the phone. This has been some of the worst customer service I have encountered in ages. I would NOT recommend this company even they offered to move a piano for free.
