He came first to look at the job and thought maybe a power snake was all we needed. He made arrangements for that to happen at a time convenient for me. Once it was determined that the snake wasn't going to do the trick, he quickly transitioned to Plan B, (replacing the pipe -- not sure if that is the right word) and got it done fast and clean. He had to cut a hole in the bathroom wall and made it as straight and neat as possible so wall repair would go smoothly. I sort of had him jumping through hoops, as I was out of town and needed him to call someone else to be there to check the work and pay him. His attitude was great, as was his work. He was willing to accommodate my timing and schedule. I felt the price was more than fair.
Description of Work: He replaced an area of pipe in the bathroom that had corroded over the years and drained poorly. He also installed a new faucet in the bathroom and at the last minute we threw another thing at him -- install fixtures in another bathroom that had already been plumbed but not finished.
