Description of Work: We requested a quote for re-stretching the living room & bed room carpet. The serviceman noted that because of the fact that the carpet was within 5 years of being laid, it was covered by insurance through the salesroom. We will contact that office to arrange for the insurance, though it is unknown now if the service would be provided by Flooring America. There was no charge for the expert advice.
