 + -1 moreThe Ted Lare person was right on time. Almost before shaking hands, she handed me the $100 invoice for the hour of consultation. I perceived an attitude of "pay now!" although I instead phoned in my credit card information soon after she left. She offered a variety of ideas and options as we walked around my gardens and viewed the landscaping. I followed up with an email asking for clarification on "what happens next." I received a prompt, complete reply. Since then, nearly four months have passed, and I have never received neither further communication nor a follow-up plan. Obviously, this has been a disappointing experience. I would not trust this company to work for me.
Description of Work: Initial consultation included walking around our property with me and listening to hopes and frustrations with my gardens and landscaping, with a promise to deliver a suggested plan within a month.
