One young man working by himself got the job done in 1 1/2 hrs. Most of the carpet was dry by this morning. We are pleased with the results.

It was good. I didn't price it around because the one's that I tried from Angie's List were not answering their phones. It was a fair price. It was around the price that I anticipated. One person came out. They did an excellent job. They put down tarps on the floor, and put the furniture on the floor on top of the tarps so that nothing would get on the carpeting. The furniture looks very good. It dried relatively quickly. They did a very nice job.

The techs did a great job cleaning our carpet. I had never had my carpet professionally cleaned and was extremely pleased with the great results. For this I would have given an A++++. However, that evening while pulling weeds I noticed the same carpet cleaning chemical smell outside - at the time I thought it was coming from open doors. The next morning I went outside and a large strip of grass -next to the driveway where they parked their truck -was burned. I hosed it off and large amounts of sudsing occurred- along with the strong smell of carpet cleaner. I contacted the owner via email along with a video of the sudsing he called back right away which I greatly appreciated. What bothered me was the solution - he asked if I had grass seed ( shouldn't the company repair damage?). He also said he would call back the next day after he spoke with his crew - I never heard from him again. Too bad because I would have used their services and recommended them. Customer service means a great deal to me and it should mean a great deal to a company who wants repeat business .

They did a great job! We already had most of the furniture moved so it only took them about 2 1/2 hours. They were very thorough, did a great job using the UV scan and treating spots that we could not see from our pets.

Mike arrived on time and did a good job. We have had him clean and stretch carpeting at several of our properties in the past and can trust that he will do a very professional job. We have had two incidences where trim or a wall was damaged in tight closet spaces, but, overall he did a better job stretching carpet than the original installers.

Polite, professional, and friendly. Carpet had heavy traffic patterns. Looked almost new when completed. Have had other carpet cleaners over the years, Superior is definitely the best.

They came at the schedule time, introduced themselves, measured, and cleaned the carpet. They were very positive and their cleaning was superior. The price was what I anticipated. I do have a few suggestions in the future. Always cover your feet when you measure and first enter the home. When you leave remove and put back on every time you return with equipment. Customer do not want to shampoo their kitchen afterwards. Put protectors under the furniture before you shampoo. I had asked them to do it and when they finished I realized they had not and there first response was we do not get that close, but I insisted they do it and they did. When pulling hoses through a hallway consider put up guards to protect the floor boards. I did not see any scratch, but it shows care for the home owner.

Two carpet cleaners arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning of all the carpets in the house. They were very thorough. They were also considerate when moving furniture.

Mike arrived on time, evaluated the situation and provided a written estimate, which he then explained. I have not yet had the work done, as the house is for sale and the eventual buyer may want to rip that carpeting out for all I know.

Super punctual both times I have used them. Very knowledgeable about different fabrics and colors. I have a bright red couch and love seat and they did a great job on them! Very respectful of space, cleaned up after themselves very well.

They cleaned the carpet in the living room, 2 bedrooms, den, stairs, landing, and added Scotch Guard. They were able to remove spots I had worked on several times but they always came back. It has been over a year now and those spots are still gone! I would recommend them and will definitely call them again.

I've used Superior twice at our rental house and three times at our own house. Always on time, always a great job. I keep his number in my cell and refer people to him often.
